Of all the liquid eyeliners I've tried, this is the best, by far. Since I have oily skin, I've always had issues with eyeliners that would either rub off or end up giving me the raccoon eyes effect. The fact that this is waterproof, stay all day, really helps. I'm not afraid to wipe my eyes (once it dries, of course) and I don't need to worry about it washing off if the weather's bad or I'm just having an emotional day. The eyeliner doesn't create those lines and wrinkles throughout the day as you blink, either. As resistant as it is, it washes off fairly easy with just some pure olive oil or makeup remover on a Q-tip. I will be purchasing this again once my current stick runs out.
